Sitaram-ram-ram-ram-Sitaram…
I am as that which is… The limited feeling of “I am” goes. What is left is Supreme Awareness. It appears spontaneously. Remain, for that is true emancipation.
As long as the person sees existence through some kind of identity, limited consciousness is possible. To even have the cognition “I am” requires some identity called “I.”
But just as a person can sleep completely without any identity, there is also a state in which one can be fully awake without any identity.
The formless Supreme Awareness is called Ram. One synchronises the divine sound “Ram” with every in-breath, repeating the Rama Nama as much as possible…
And then, with each out-breath, one synchronises the extended sacred sound “See…taa…” It is deeply penetrating. The word “Sita” also refers to the furrow of a plow. When the ploughing of Sita unites Ram, the divine sound of the inner breath occurs;
Sita, which represents limited consciousness, evolves into the Rama Nama, signifying the Supreme consciousness of “I am as Pure Being,” and subsequently transforms into Sitaram.
When one remains in that state by the greatest grace of the Guru, the narrow idea of “I am” falls away. And only Being is. And then no one is there to say, “I am.”
I am. There is Sitaram alone, only Being. Inner liberation is the process: from limited awareness to Supreme Awareness, from outer breath to interior breath, from “I am” to “I am Pure Being,” and from identity to identitylessness.

Sri Gurubhyo Namah. 🙏.
