இதுவும் அல்ல; அதுவும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
உள்மூச்சும் அல்ல; வெளிமூச்சும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
உடலும் அல்ல; உறுப்புகளும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
அறிவும் அல்ல; அறிபவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
எண்ணமும் அல்ல; எண்ணுபவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
பார்வையும் அல்ல; பார்ப்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
கேட்பதும் அல்ல; கேட்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
நுகர்வதும் அல்ல; நுகர்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
வாக்கும் அல்ல; பேசுபவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
உணர்வும் அல்ல; உணர்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
உணவும் அல்ல; உண்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
செயலும் அல்ல; செய்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
உறக்கமும் அல்ல; உறங்குபவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
கனவும் அல்ல; காண்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
விழிப்பும் அல்ல; விழித்திருப்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
படைப்பும் அல்ல; படைப்பவனும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
நானும் அல்ல; மற்றவர்களும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
கடந்த காலமும் அல்ல; எதிர்காலமும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
நினைப்பும் அல்ல; மறப்பும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
பிறப்பும் அல்ல; இறப்பும் அல்ல; ஆனால் இவ்விரண்டிற்கும் இடையில் எங்கோ… அங்கு நில்.
அந்த “இடை” ஒரு இடமல்ல.
அது காலமல்ல.
அது எண்ணமல்ல.
அது வெறுமையுமல்ல.
அங்கே நிற்பவன் இல்லை; நிற்பதும் இல்லை.
அங்கே இருப்பது தூய இருப்பு மட்டுமே.
அதுவே சகஜ சமாதி.
அதுவே மரணமில்லாப் பெருவாழ்வு.
அதுவே முக்தி. அதுவே குரு ஸ்தானம்.

Neither this nor that—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the in-breath nor the out-breath—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the body nor its organs—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither knowledge nor the knower—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither thought nor the thinker—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the seeing nor the seer—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither hearing nor the hearer—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the smell nor the smeller—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither speech nor the speaker—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the feeling nor the feeler—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither food nor the eater—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither action nor the doer—yet somewhere between the two, abide there.
Neither sleep nor the sleeper—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the dream nor the dreamer—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither wakefulness nor the one who is awake—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither creation nor the Creator—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither “I” nor others—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither the past nor the future—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither remembrance nor forgetfulness—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
Neither birth nor death—yet somewhere between the two… abide there.
This is the state of Sahaja Samādhi.
The deathless state of supreme life.
The state of liberation (Mukti). The state of
Guru’s sthanam.
