“In learning, listening is better.” is a Tamil proverb.
1. In the Bible, in Matthew 11:15, Jesus says, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”
2. “There is a voice that does not use words; listen to it,” said the Sufi sage Hazrat Rumi.
3. And on another page in the Bible, in Matthew 4:4, Jesus answered a question, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”
That is, the Word of God, who has no beginning or end, created every human body and resides within it. But this body doesn’t know that the Word is its form, that it lives in its body and controls it, and that is the soul that gives life and constantly resonates the sound without using the word.
Only those who can merge with the Guru’s grace can hear the voice that resonates within themselves, which does not use words, and through that, they become eternally alive.
“In learning, listening is better.”
Therefore, rather than reading countless books, it is better to listen to the word from the good scholar called a Sadguru!!

“கற்றலில் கேட்டலே நன்று” என்பது பழமொழி நானூறு.
1.பைபிளில் மத்தேயு 11:15ல், “கேட்கக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கட்டும்” என்று இயேசு கூறுகிறார்.
2.“வார்த்தையை பயன்படுத்தாத குரல் ஒன்று உள்ளது, அதை கேளுங்கள்” என்பது சூபி ஞானி ஹஸ்ரத் ரூமியின் கூற்று.
3.மேலும் மற்றொரு இடத்தில், பைபிளில் மத்தேயு 4:4 ல், ஒரு கேள்விக்கு “இயேசு பிரான் இவ்வாறு பதில் கூறுகிறார், “‘மனிதன் அப்பத்தினால் மட்டுமல்ல, தேவனுடைய வாயிலிருந்து வரும் ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தையினாலும் வாழ்வான்’ என்று.
அதாவது ஆதியும் அந்தமும் இல்லாத தேவ வார்த்தையே, ஒவ்வொரு மானுட உடம்பையும் உருவாக்கி அதன் உள்ளேயே உறைந்துமிருக்கிறது. எனினும், அவ்- வார்த்தையே தம் உருவமாகி இருப்பதையும், தம் உடம்பின் உள்ளேயே இருந்து கொண்டு அதை ஆள்வதையும், அதுவே உயிர்வித்து என்னும் ஆன்மாவாக இருந்து சதா ஒலித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பதையும் இவ்வுடம்பு அறியாது.
குருவருள் என்னும் திருவருள் கூடி வருபவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே, வார்த்தையை பயன்படுத்தாத இக்- குரலொலியை தம்முள்ளேயே கேட்கும் திறன் அவரின் காதுகளுக்கு கிட்டி, அதன் மூலம் நித்திய ஜீவிதனாக ஆவார்கள்.
“கற்றலில் கேட்டலே நன்று”.
எனவே ஒருவர் எண்ணற்ற நூல்களை கற்றலை விட, ஸத்குரு எனப்படும் ஒரு நல்லறிஞர் மூலம் கேட்டலே நன்று !!
