When the task at hand becomes second nature, everyone will undoubtedly talk about team spirit.
In fact, despite the visible team members’ structures taking different forms, the invisible spirit exists within everyone as only one, remaining unbreakable and unchanging.
To foster a team spirit, team members must first recognize their own individual souls. Each member should develop the ability to focus on this unseen energy, similar to how Japanese people connect with the invisible God, Kami. By doing so, team members can form a cohesive and spirited group capable of doing anything, rather than relying solely on the abstract concept of team spirit and failing to grasp their souls.
If Indians had long followed Sri Adi Shankara’s Nirguna Brahman worship, we would have been a pioneer as a cohesive and spirited group capable of doing anything, not just for Japan, but also around the world.

குழு உணர்வை வளர்க்க, குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் முதலில் தங்கள் சொந்த தனிப்பட்ட ஆன்மாக்களை அடையாளம் காண வேண்டும். ஜப்பானிய மக்கள் கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாத கடவுளான காமியுடன் எவ்வாறு இணைகிறார்கள் என்பதைப் போலவே, ஒவ்வொரு உறுப்பினரும் இந்த கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாத ஆற்றலில் கவனம் செலுத்தும் திறனை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு செய்வதன் மூலம், குழு உணர்வின் சுருக்கமான கருத்தை மட்டுமே நம்பி, தங்கள் ஆன்மாக்களைப் புரிந்துகொள்ளத் தவறிவிடுவதற்குப் பதிலாக, எதையும் செய்யக்கூடிய ஒரு ஒருங்கிணைந்த மற்றும் உற்சாகமான குழுவை குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் உருவாக்க முடியும்.
இந்தியர்கள் ஸ்ரீ ஆதி சங்கரரின் நிர்குண பிரம்ம வழிபாட்டை  நீண்ட காலமாகப் பின்பற்றியிருந்தால், ஜப்பானுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, உலகம் முழுவதும் எதையும் செய்யக்கூடிய ஒருங்கிணைந்த மற்றும் உற்சாகமான குழுவாக நாம் ஒரு முன்னோடியாக இருந்திருப்போம்.
