The Bible verse “I AM THAT I AM” is found in Exodus 3:14. This verse is God’s response to Moses when Moses asks what God’s name is. In Exodus 3:14, God tells Moses, “I AM WHO I AM,” and instructs Moses to tell the Israelites that “I AM has sent me to you.”
Interpretation:
Oh God, give me vision without a seer, hearing without a hearer, smelling without a smeller, speech without a speaker, feeling without a feeler, thoughts without a thinker, knowledge without a knower, action without a doer, breath without a breather, food without an eater, and clothes without a wearer, so please grant me total existence without the exister. That is, through my meditation without a meditator, give me your true name, ‘I.’ and thereby remove my false name, ‘I am.” Change it to “I am that which represents your true I am.’” O Satguru!

Interpretation:
கடவுளே, பார்ப்பவர் இல்லாமல் காட்சியையும், கேட்பவர் இல்லாமல் கேட்கும் திறனையும், முகர்பவர் இல்லாமல் முகரும் திறனையும், பேசுபவர் இல்லாமல் பேச்சையும், உணர்வாளர் இல்லாமல் உணர்வையும், சிந்தனையாளர் இல்லாமல் எண்ணங்களையும், அறிபவர் இல்லாமல் அறிவையும், செய்பவர் இல்லாமல் செயலையும், சுவாசிப்பவர் இல்லாமல் மூச்சையும், உண்பவர் இல்லாமல் உணவையும், அணிபவர் இல்லாமல் ஆடைகளையும் எனக்குக் கொடுங்கள். ஆக மொத்தம், இருப்பவர் இல்லாமல் எனக்கு முழுமையான இருப்பை வழங்குங்கள், அதாவது, தியானிப்பவர் இல்லாத என் தியானத்தின் வழியாக, உங்கள் உண்மையான பெயரான ‘நான்’ என்பதை எனக்குக் கொடுங்கள், அதன் மூலம் எனது தவறான பெயரான ‘நான்’ என்பதை நீக்குங்கள். அதாவது அதை “உங்கள் உண்மையான நான் என்பதைக் குறிக்கும் நான்” என்று மாற்றவும். ஓ சத்குருவே!
