Consciousness is your guru; that is truth. The awareness of consciousness is the ultimate guru; that is truth to the truth.
In this context, consciousness encompasses the body during the waking state, the mind’s body during the dreaming state, and the peace experienced in deep sleep when both body and mind are absent; all actions are performed through this consciousness. In all three states, the doer becomes the disciple, and the action and object of action become the guru. That is the truth. Awareness of consciousness manifests as the true self, which causes the doer to act and thereby become the guru’s guru. that is, truth to the truth,
If one can feel the consciousness through his outer breath as his guru with the word “truth” and the awareness of the consciousness through his inner breath as his guru’s guru with the corresponding word “truth of truth,” that is, “Satyasya Satyamidh,” he will become everlasting.

“உணர்வு மற்றும் உணர்வின் விழிப்புணர்வு”
உணர்வுதான் உங்கள் குரு; அதுதான் உண்மை. உணர்வின் விழிப்புணர்வுதான் இறுதி குரு; அதுதான் உண்மைக்கு உண்மை.

ஒருவர் தனது வெளிப்புற மூச்சின் மூலம் உணர்வை தனது குருவாக “உண்மை” என்ற வார்த்தையால் உணர முடிந்தால், உள் மூச்சின் மூலம் உணர்வின் விழிப்புணர்வை தனது குருவின் குருவாக “உண்மையின் உண்மை”, அதாவது “ஸத்யஸ்ய ஸத்யமிதி” என்ற பொருத்தமான வார்த்தையால் உணர முடிந்தால், அவர் நித்தியமானவராக மாறுவார்.
