“செய்ய, செய்யாமல் இருக்க உரிமையில்லை”
“ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட வேலைக்காகப் படைக்கப் பட்டுள்ளனர், மேலும் அந்த வேலைக்கான ஆசை மற்றும் நிராசை ஒவ்வொரு இதயத்திலும் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.”
“அவரவர் பிராரப்த பிரகாரம் அதற்கானவன் ஆங்காங்கு இருந்து ஆட்டுவிப்பன் என்றும், நடவாது என் முயற்சிக்கினும் நடவாது, நடப்பது என் தடை செய்யினும் நில்லாது இதுவே திண்ணம், ஆகலின் மௌனமாய் இருக்கை நன்று என்பது பகவான் ரமண மகரிஷியின் உபதேசம்.”
அதாவது உரிய நேரம் வரும்போது இதயத்தில் பொதிந்திருந்த அந்த வேலைக்கான ஆசை எண்ணங்களாக மனதில் எழுந்து, அது உடல் மூலம் செயல் வடிவாகி அதற்குரிய கர்மபலனை அளித்தே தீரும். இவ்வாறு நடப்பது என் தடை செய்யினும் நில்லாது.
அதுபோன்று நிராசைக்கான வேலைகளும் ஒவ்வொருவர் இதயத்திலும் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதுவும் அவ்வாறே உரிய நேரம் வரும்போது, ஆனால் ஆசை மயமான எண்ணங்களாக உருவெடுத்து மனதில் எழுந்து, உடல் மூலம் செயல் வடிவாகி, அது நிராசையாகி, அதாவது என் முயற்சிக்கினும் என்றும் நடவாது நடவாததாகி, எனினும் அதற்கும் உரிய கர்மபலனை அளித்தே தீரும்.
இதன் கருத்து என் முயற்சிக்கினும் நடவாத செயலை அறிந்து செய்யாமல் இருப்பதற்கும், அதுபோன்றே நடக்கக்கூடிய செயலை அறிந்து செய்வதற்கும், அதாவது செய்ய அல்லது செய்ய மறுக்க எவருக்கும் உரிமை இல்ல. மாறாக அவரவர் பிராரப்த பிரகாரம் அதற்கானவனால், ஆங்காங்கு இருந்து ஆட்டு விக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதே திண்ணம்.ஆகலின் மௌனமாய் இருக்கை நன்று.

“There is no right to do or not to do.”
“Everyone has been made for some particular work, and the desire for that work has been put in every heart.”
“According to their prārabdha, he who is for that will cause it to act; what never, happens, no matter how diligently one tries, never happens. What is happening will not stop even if one forbids it. This is the truth. Therefore, it is better to remain silent—a saying of Ramana Maharshi.”
When the time is right, the desire for that work will arise in the mind, and it will transform into action through the body, giving the destined karmic results. That is, what is destined to happen will certainly happen, even when one tries to prevent it.
Similarly, an unfulfilled desire is also placed in everyone’s heart. When the right time comes, it turns into desire-filled thoughts, arises in the mind, and transforms into action through the body, but it becomes unfulfilled; that is, what is destined to fail will fail, try as you may. However, it may also yield the appropriate unfulfilled karmic result.
The concept is that no one can choose to become a non-doer after knowing it never happens or to become a doer after knowing it will happen; that is, no one has the right to do or not to do. According to their prārabdha, he who is for that will cause them to act, so it is better to remain silent.
