In this context, light refers to the inner essence that reveals your true self, leads you to immortality, and grants you eternal bliss—qualities that those who are called wise people experience eternally. This light can never fade; however, many people fear it and instead seek a dimmable source of light to escape from the recurring darkness of illusion. What does this mean?
