“When the light returns to its source, it takes nothing from what it has illuminated during the waking and dreaming states.” Sufi saint Hazrath Rumi.
Interpretation:
Unperceived in the profound sleep state, true awareness reveals itself separately as an illuminating state in both the waking and dreaming states. The individual who is able to perceive all the luminary objects, including his own body, and the illuminator, as the consciousness of the whole during the waking state, without any identification, will be able to merge with the source of illumination, that is, the eternal consciousness of light, and can attain the state of duriya.
The law of divine oneness is the spiritual principle that everything in the universe is interconnected and part of one divine whole conciousness. All of creation shares the same divine essence, and separation is ultimately an illusion.

ஆழ்ந்த உறக்க நிலையில் உணரப்படாமல், விழிப்பு நிலையிலும் கனவு காணும் நிலையிலும் உண்மையான விழிப்புணர்வு தனித்தனியாக ஒளிரும் நிலையாகத் தன்னை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. விழிப்பு நிலையின் போது தன் உடல் உட்பட ஒளிரும் அனைத்து பொருள்களையும், ஒளிர்யூட்டுபவைகளையும் எந்த ஒரு அடையாளமும் இல்லாமல், முழு உணர்வாக உணரக்கூடிய நபர், ஒளியின் மூலத்துடன் அதாவது, ஒளியின் நித்திய உணர்வுடன் ஒன்றிணைய முடியும், மற்றும் துரிய நிலையை அடைய முடியும்.
தெய்வீக ஒருமைப்பாட்டின் விதி என்பது பிரபஞ்சத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்தும் ஒன்றோடொன்று இணைக்கப்பட்டு ஒரே தெய்வீக முழு உணர்வின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும் என்ற ஆன்மீகக் கொள்கையாகும். அனைத்து படைப்புகளும் ஒரே தெய்வீக சாரத்தைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்கின்றன, மேலும் பிரிவினை இறுதியில் ஒரு மாயையாகும்.
