Interpretation: How To Perceive the Superconscious Without Senses? Each person only perceives his eyes and worldviews through the inner light of “I” in the moments immediately following his awakening from deep sleep.
Once scenes appeared, the mind controlled all the senses, leading them to believe that their senses were the reason they perceived the scenes in front of them.
The Ashtavakra Gita describes the seer as follows: “As I alone give light to this body, so I do to the world.” As a result, I see the entire globe, and there are no other seers but me (Athman).”
And hence, superconsciousness, that one’s own body is also to be seen and thought about, like viewing worldly objects, is the peak of contemplative attainment. Through such meditation, one can merge with the divine light that emanates from within.

விளக்கம்: புலன்கள் இல்லாமல் அமானுஷ்யத்தை எப்படி உணர்வது? ஆழ்ந்த உறக்கத்தில் இருந்து விழித்த உடனேயே ஒவ்வொரு நபரும் தனது கண்கள் மற்றும் உலகக் காட்சிகளை “நான்” என்ற உள் ஒளியின் மூலம் மட்டுமே உணர்கிறார்கள்.
காட்சிகள் தோன்றியவுடன், மனம் அனைத்து புலன்களையும் தன் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்குள் கொண்டுவந்தது, தங்களுக்கு முன்னால் உள்ள காட்சிகளை அவர்கள் உணர்ந்ததற்கு அவர்களின் புலன்கள் தான் காரணம் என்று நம்புவதற்கு வழிவகுத்தது.
அஷ்டவக்ர கீதையின் 2 ஆம் அத்தியாயத்தில், ‘பார்ப்பவர்’ பின்வருமாறு விவரிக்கப்படுகிறார்: “நான் மட்டும் இந்த உடலுக்கு ஒளியைக் கொடுப்பது போல, நான் உலகிற்குச் செய்கிறேன்.” இதன் விளைவாக, நான் முழு உலகத்தையும் பார்க்கிறேன், என்னைத் (ஆத்மன்) தவிர, பார்ப்பவர்கள் வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை.
எனவே, உலகப் பொருட்களைப் பார்ப்பது போல, ஒருவரின் சொந்த உடலும் பார்க்கப்பட வேண்டும், சிந்திக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற அமானுஷ்ய உணர்வு , தியான சாதனையின் உச்சம். அத்தகைய தியானத்தின் மூலம், உள்ளிருந்து வெளிப்படும் தெய்வீக ஒளியுடன் ஒருவர் ஒன்றிணய முடியும்.
