Only “cosmic religion” will be our future religion.”

Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a meaningful unity.” – Albert Einstein.
Thirumoolar stated in Thirumantram:
“ He slept and found Shivaloka inside him.
He slept and found Shiva Yoga inside him.
He slept and found Shivapogam inside him.
How can you describe the state of being asleep?”
Interpretation:
Just as all of the scenes (including the seer) that appear in a dream are contained within the dreamer’s image, so in the waking state, when one perceives the scenes emanating from his image as not foreign to his image but as created within his image, that is, when the waking state is perceived as the sleeping state, that is, when he perceives the waking state as the ‘duriya state’ past his sleeping state, the universe scenes and the body, that means the cosmic energy and the body differences disappear and the entire universal aspects can be felt within the body as Shivaloka, Shiva Yoga, Shivapogam, and unimaginable. And in this the words Shivalogam, Shiva Yogam, Shivabogam, etc. are words used to describe the state of eternal bliss only, and in this the words Shivalogam, Shiva Yogam, Shivabogam, etc. are merely words just used to describe the state of eternal bliss, thirumoolar has always existed beyond the personal God and dogma but exist as the founder of cosmic religion from the beginning itself.
Similarly, Vallal Perumaan also sang in his Agaval (137). He has described the power of Arutperun Jyoti, which passes and pervades all universes, as Arutperun Jothi, which transcends all cosmics.
When compared to Albert Einstein’s quote, the world’s finest scientists of this century, thirumoolar, who lived many centuries ago, and Valal Peruman, who lived about two hundred years ago, and having experienced in their ‘Duryya state’, they have said it in their Thirumantra and Thiruvarutpa correspondingly. This is a great example of their intelligence and foresight.

“எதிர்கால மதம் ஒரு “பிரபஞ்ச மதமாக” இருக்கும். அது ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட கடவுளைக் கடந்து, கோட்பாடுகள் மற்றும் இறையியலையும் தவிர்க்க வேண்டும். அது இயற்கை மற்றும் ஆன்மீகம் இரண்டையும் உள்ளடக்கியதாக, மேலும் அது இயற்கை மற்றும் ஆன்மீகம் ஆகிய எல்லாவற்றின் அனுபவத்திலிருந்து எழும் மத உணர்வின் அடிப்படையில் அர்த்தமுள்ள ஒற்றுமையாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.” – ஆல்பர்ட் ஐன்ஸ்டீன்
திருமூலர் தம் திருமந்திரத்தில் இவ்வாறு குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்,
“தூங்கிக் கண்டார் சிவலோகமும் தம் உள்ளே
தூங்கிக் கண்டார் சிவயோகமும் தம் உள்ளே
தூங்கிக் கண்டார் சிவபோகமும் தம் உள்ளே
தூங்கிக் கண்டார் நிலை சொல்வது எவ்வாறே”.
ஒரு கனவில் தோன்றும் காட்சிகள் அனைத்தும் கனவு காண்பவரின் உருவத்திற்குள்( கனவு காண்பவர் உட்பட) அடங்கி இருப்பது போல், விழித்திருக்கும் நிலையில், ஒருவர் தனது உருவத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்படும் காட்சிகள் அவரது உருவத்திற்கு அந்நியமானவை அல்ல, ஆனால் அவரது உருவத்திற்குள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டவை என்று உணரும்போது, அதாவது விழித்திருக்கும் நிலையையே அவர் தனது உறங்கும் நிலையையும் கடந்த ’துரிய நிலையாக’ உணரும்போது, பிரபஞ்சக் காட்சிகள் மற்றும் உடல், அதாவது அண்டம் பிண்டம் என்னும் வேறுபாடுகள் மறைந்து, முழு பிரபஞ்ச அம்சங்களும் சிவலோகம், சிவயோகம், சிவபோகம் மற்றும் கற்பனை செய்ய முடியாதவை என உடலுக்குள் உணர முடியும். மேலும் இதில் சிவலோகம், சிவயோகம், சிவபோகம் போன்ற வார்த்தைகள் நித்திய பேரின்பத்தின் நிலையை வர்ணிக்க பயன்படுத்தப்பட்ட சொற்களே தவிர, திருமூலர் என்றென்றும் தனிப்பட்ட கடவுள் மற்றும் கோட்பாடுகளுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டவராய், “பிரபஞ்ச மத ஸ்தாபகராகத்தான் இருந்திருக்கிறார்.
அது போன்றே வள்ளல் பெருமானும் தம் அகவலில் இவ்வாறு பாடியுள்ளார்,
“எப்பாலுமாய் வெளிஎல்லாம் கடந்து மேல் அப்பாலும்ஆகிய அருட்பெருஞ்ஜோதி“ என்று, பிரபஞ்சங்களை எல்லாம் கடந்து வியாபிக்கும் அருட்பெருஞ் ஜோதியின் ஆற்றலை வர்ணித்துள்ளார்.
இந்த நூற்றாண்டின் உலகின் தலைசிறந்த விஞ்ஞானி ஆல்பர்ட் ஐன்ஸ்டீன் சொல்லியுள்ள மேற்கோளுடன் ஒப்பிடும் போது, பல நூற்றாண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு வாழ்ந்திருந்த திருமூலரும், சுமார் இருநூறு வருஷங்களுக்கு முன்பு வாழ்ந்திருந்த வாழ்ந்திருந்த வள்ளல் பெருமானும், ஐன்ஸ்டீனின் “பிரபஞ்ச மதம்” என்னும் இம்மேற்கோளை தனது ‘துரிய நிலையில்’ அனுபவித்து, அதை தனது திருமந்திரத்திலும், திருவருட்பாவிலும் கூறியிருக்கிறார்கள்; இது அவர்களது அறிவாற்றல் மற்றும் தொலைநோக்கு திறமைக்கு மிகச்சிறந்த எடுத்துக்காட்டு.
