Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 7,
Shloka 19:
bahūnām—many; janmanām—births; ante—after; jñāna-vān—one who is endowed with knowledge; mām—unto me; prapadyate—surrenders; vāsudevaḥ—pratyakadman, the one who penetrates everything. ; sarvam—all; iti—that; saḥ—that; mahā-ātmā—great soul; su-durlabhaḥ—very rare.
Translation:
At the end of many births, the man of wisdom seeks surrender in Me, realizing that Vāsudeva Swaroopam is all. Such a high-souled individual is indeed rare to see.
Interpretation:
Vasudeva’ means pratyakadman, the one who penetrates everything.
सर्व: Sarvam means whole, entire, and all. Vasudeva’s potential energy of penetration permeates all human beings, the worlds, devas, vedas, creations, and everything else.
Thus, he who perceives Vasudeva’s as a penetrating force through his all senses at all times naturally realizes that the same potential energy pervades all sorts of human beings, the world, devas, vedas, creations, and everything else. Such a powerful soul is very rare to see.
மொழிபெயர்ப்பு:
பல பிறவிகளின் முடிவில், வாசுதேவ ஸ்வரூபமே எல்லாமே என்பதை உணர்ந்து என்னிடத்தில் சரணாகதியை நாடுகின்றான் ஞான மனிதன். அத்தகைய உயர்ந்த ஆன்மாவைக் காண்பது உண்மையில் அரிது.
விளக்கம்:
வாசுதேவா’ என்றால் பிரத்யகாத்மன், எல்லாவற்றையும் ஊடுருவிச் செல்பவன்.
சர்வம்: சர்வம் என்றால் முழுவதும், எல்லாம், மற்றும் அனைத்தும். வாசுதேவரின் ஊடுருவல் ஆற்றல் அனைத்து மனிதர்கள், உலகங்கள், தேவர்கள், வேதங்கள், படைப்புகள் மற்றும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் ஊடுருவுகிறது.
எனவே, வாசுதேவனை எப்பொழுதும் ஊடுருவிச் செல்லும் சக்தியாக தன் அனைத்து புலன்கள் மூலமாகவும் உணர்ந்தவன், அதே ஆற்றல் அனைத்து வகையான மனிதர்கள், உலகம், தேவர்கள், வேதங்கள், படைப்புகள் மற்றும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் பரவுகிறது என்பதை இயல்பாகவே உணர்கிறான். அத்தகைய சக்தி வாய்ந்த ஆன்மாவை பார்ப்பது அரிது.
