Vishnusahasranamas

“Yugaadikrit” and “Yugaavartha” as follows:

Yugaadikrit: He is the cause of periods of time such as Yuga. He also institutes the four Yugas—Satya, Treta, Duapara, and Kali Yuga—and establishes this division of time.

Yugaavartha: He continuously cycles the Yugas from Satya Yuga to Kali Yuga again and again.

This indicates that by recycling four Yugas continually, he can drag the past Satya Yuga time into the present again as well as push the Kali Yuga time into the future.

Only those who can transcend time have the ability to drag it forward and backward.Furthermore, the time factor relates to movement, and hence, he who doesn’t move and becomes still can only be the cause of periods of time such as Yuga.

“It moves; it does not move.” According to the Ishavasya Upanishad (p. 4), that is Vishnu’s attribute, and one who meditates on Vishnu with two attributes can only be a true devotee of Vishnu.

 விஷ்ணுசஹஸ்ரநாமங்கள்

“யுகாதிக்ரித்” மற்றும் “யுகாவர்த்தம்” பின்வருமாறு:

யுகாதிக்ரித்: யுகம் போன்ற காலங்களுக்குக் காரணமானவர். சத்ய, திரேதா, துவாபர, கலியுகம் ஆகிய நான்கு யுகங்களையும் நிறுவி, இந்தக் காலப் பிரிவை நிறுவுகிறார்.

யுகாவர்தா: அவர் சத்ய யுகத்திலிருந்து கலியுகம் வரை யுகங்களைத் தொடர்ந்து சுழற்சி செய்கிறார். நான்கு யுகங்களை தொடர்ந்து மறுசுழற்சி செய்வதன் மூலம், அவர் கடந்த சத்ய யுக நேரத்தை மீண்டும் நிகழ்காலத்திற்கு இழுக்க முடியும், மேலும் கலியுக நேரத்தை எதிர்காலத்திற்கு தள்ள முடியும் என்பதை இது குறிக்கிறது.

காலத்தைக் கடக்கக் கூடியவர்களுக்கே அதை முன்னும் பின்னும் இழுக்கும் திறன் இருக்கும்.மேலும், காலக்காரணி இயக்கத்துடன் தொடர்புடையது, எனவே,  அசையாமல் இருப்பவர் மட்டுமே யுகம் போன்ற காலங்களுக்கு காரணமாக இருக்க முடியும்.

“அது நகரும்; அது நகராது.” ஈஷாவாஸ்ய உபநிஷத்தின் (பக். 4) படி, அது விஷ்ணுவின் பண்பு, மேலும் இவ்விரண்டு பண்புகளுடன் விஷ்ணுவை தியானிப்பவர் மட்டுமே உண்மையான விஷ்ணு பக்தராக இருக்க முடியும்.
