WHO IS SADGURU, WHAT IS HE!
I praise and salute that Dakshina Murthy,
Who faces the south,
Who explains the true nature of the Supreme Brahman,
Through his state of silence,
He is neither a maker nor a creature!
He can’t be recognized because no one else knows him!
He is not limited by time or space because he exists everywhere!
He is not in the world, the universe, or the outside world, but everything is within him!
He found nothing to deliver because there is nothing to discover!
He knows nothing because there are no unknowns, and he is the only one who exists!
He didn’t preach to anyone because he didn’t have anyone to listen to!
He doesn’t give anyone liberation or salvation because there isn’t anyone else to receive it!
Finally, he is the only one who exists on his own, and there is no one else but him!
If so, who exactly is he?
The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad states:
He is unseen, but seeing; unheard, but hearing; unperceived, but perceiving; unknown, but knowing. There is no other seer, but him, there is no other hearer but him, there is no other perceiver, but him, there is no other knower but he. This is thy Self, the ruler within, the immortal.

He is the Pure consciousness!
According to Ramana Maharshi:
Can Awareness think who Aware of it? Consciousness stands pure and simple!
Sant Kabir says: “O HOW may I ever express that secret word?
O how can I say He is not like this, and He is like that?
If I say that He is within me, the universe is ashamed:
If I say that He is without me, it is falsehood.
He makes the inner and the outer worlds to be indivisibly one;
The conscious and the unconscious, both are His footstools.
He is neither manifest nor hidden, He is neither revealed nor unrevealed:
There are no words to tell that which He is.”
“உருவாகி உருவினில்உள் உருவ மாகி
உருவத்தில் உருவாகி உருவுள் ஒன்றாய்
அருவாகி அருவினில்உள் அருவ மாகி
அருவத்தில் அருவாகி அருவுள் ஒன்றாய்க்
குருவாகிச் சத்துவசிற் குணத்த தாகிக்
குணரகிதப் பொருளாகிக் குலவா நின்ற
மருவாகி மலராகி வல்லி யாகி
மகத்துவமாய் அணுத்துவமாய் வயங்குந் தேவே“.
