Interpretation:
When you are somewhere, you are everywhere:
You are linked to the given name and body; your existence will be limited somewhere to one location only, and when the body with the given name moves, you will feel as if you exist everywhere.

When you are everywhere, you are nowhere:
Instead, if you can eliminate your given name and body from existence, they become pure and evident everywhere without any identification; that is, both the given name and the body would disappear or become nowhere.
