Interpretation:
The person nurturing the child typically lacks the necessary knowledge to recognize the potential of a child born with artistic talent. He compares the skills of other people’s children with his own child, dulling the child’s inherent abilities as he raises that child only to correct his mental thought imbalances.
This is because developing children are unable to develop their natural abilities and are unable to adapt to the new ones, forcing them to become adults with average abilities. This is the condition of Indian children growing up today.

குழந்தையை வளர்க்கும் நபருக்கு பொதுவாக கலைத் திறமையுடன் பிறந்த குழந்தையின் திறனை அடையாளம் காண தேவையான அறிவு இல்லை. அவர் மற்றவர்களின் குழந்தைகளின் திறமைகளை தனது சொந்த குழந்தையுடன் ஒப்பிடுகிறார், குழந்தையின் உள்ளார்ந்த திறன்களை மந்தமாக்குகிறார், ஏனெனில் அவர் தனது மன எண்ணங்களின் ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகளை சரிசெய்ய மட்டுமே அக்குழந்தையை வளர்க்கிறார்.
இதன் காரணம், வளரும் குழந்தைகள் தங்கள் இயல்பான திறன்களை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள முடியாமல், புதியவற்றுக்கு ஏற்ப மாற முடியாமல், சராசரித் திறன்களைக் கொண்ட பெரியவர்களாக மாற வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்தில் உள்ளனர். இதுதான் இன்று வளரும் இந்தியக் குழந்தைகளின் நிலை.
