When one meditates endlessly on one’s own shape as a luminous body, it transforms into an eternal energy of illumination from within. According to Albert Einstein’s Relativity Theory (E = m c2), when luminosity (c2) and body mass (m) combine, they form an eternal energy (E) on their own.
