“Find out your true self to believe.”
In the Bible, John:29 says, “Truly blessed are those who do not see and yet believe.”
Interpretation with Rishi Yagyavalkya statement:
“Says Rishi Yagyavalkya,” Nobody is dear. No object can be considered lovable or desirable. You are searching for something else that you love or believe in, but due to a completely misunderstood notion, you mistakenly put your belief and love in the seen objects alone.
Indeed, O Maitreyi, we must hear or perceive something unknown and unseen! You discover your true nature and are truly blessed when you realize, hear, perceive, and recognize the unseen as an “awareness of nothingness”.
And hence, if you fail to find out the true self and put faith only in the seen objects, you are not considered truly blessed.
