 “Realize the power of breath”.

 Realize the authentic and potential energy that resides between everyone’s inner and outer breaths, which spreads above the outer breath and below the inner breath. This is the cause of the kinetic energy that pervades everyone’s entire bodies and the cosmos.

 Ramana Maharishi says, “It is the higher power within all that does everything, and everyone’s body is only an acting tool.” If he accepts this truth, he becomes free from control over his thoughts; otherwise, he courts his thoughts.

Similarly, Hazrat Rumi says, “There is a force within that gives you life; seek that.”.

  If one can recognize and remain permanently in the authentic and potential energy that resides between his inner and outer breaths, he will be free of thoughts, ego, and worldly affairs, and he will become one with eternal, unchangeable energy.
