Whoever travels without a guide needs two hundred years for a two-day journey.

To reach the eternal destination, each one needs only two days’ journey—one night and one day. However, this applies only to those who have the right guidance.
Others also want to reach their eternal destination by traveling, but without a proper guide, in a contradictory way. That is, they choose the path of day as if it were night and the path of night as if it were day, and as a result, the time it takes them to reach their eternal goal becomes infinite.
People who travel with a proper guide, on the other hand, will arrive at their eternal destination in nearly no time.
In Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.16, it is stated as follows:
So, it, so to say, puts down the whole process of time. ‘This reality is transcendent or above time’. So, it is the ‘Light of Lights. It is contemplated in a kind of meditation as eternal longevity.
This is one kind of Upāsanā prescribed as’meditation on the immortal essence, which is timeless, space-less Being’.

வழிகாட்டி இல்லாமல் பயணம் செய்பவருக்கு இரண்டு நாள் பயணத்திற்கு இருநூறு ஆண்டுகள் தேவை. ~ ரூமி
தங்களுடைய நித்திய இலக்கை அடைய, ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் இரண்டு நாட்கள் பயணம் மட்டுமே போதுமானது- ஒரு இரவும் பகலும். இருப்பினும், சரியான வழிகாட்டி உள்ளவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே இது பொருந்தும்.
மற்றவர்களும் பயணம் செய்வதன் மூலம் தங்கள் நித்திய இலக்கை அடைய விரும்புகிறார்கள், ஆனால் சரியான வழிகாட்டி இல்லாமல், முரண்பட்ட வழியில். அதாவது, அவர்கள் பகல் பாதையை இரவைப் போலவும், இரவின் வழியை பகலில் இருப்பதைப் போலவும் தேர்வு செய்கிறார்கள், இதன் விளைவாக, அவர்கள் நித்திய இலக்கை அடைய எடுக்கும் நேரம் முடிவற்றதாக போய்விடுகிறது.
மறுபுறம், சரியான வழிகாட்டியுடன் பயணம் செய்பவர்கள், எந்த நேரத்திலும் தங்கள் நித்திய இலக்கை அடைந்துவிடுவார்கள்.
பிருஹதாரண்யக உபநிஷத் 4.4.16ல் பின்வருமாறு கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
எனவே, இது, காலத்தின் முழு செயல்முறையையும் கீழே வைக்கிறது. ‘இந்த யதார்த்தம் காலத்திற்கு அப்பாற்பட்டது அல்லது மேலானது’. எனவே, இது ‘விளக்குகளின் ஒளி’. இது ஒரு வகையான தியானத்தில் நித்திய நீண்ட ஆயுளாகக் கருதப்படுகிறது.
இது ஒரு வகையான உபாசனம், ‘காலமற்ற, இடமில்லாத உயிர்’ என்ற அழியாத சாரத்தின் மீது தியானம் என்று பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுகிறது.
