In general, planning is a procedure that can be carried out for the next moment or in future action, i.e., all types of people view planning, action, and its consequences as one.
Such people are proud of their plans when they get the results they expected and tend to blame God when they get negative results.
In actuality, the Lord has pre-planned all of the results of human action. When it comes to the appropriate periods for the respective benefits, to implement it, in the mind of the doer, the idea of a plan’ arises from God.
Realizing this, Sage Bagavan Ramana Maharishi says, “Whatever is destined not to happen will not happen; try as you may. Whatever is destined to happen will happen; do what you can to prevent it. This is certain. The best course, therefore, is to remain silent,” which means that God acts in everything’, realizing that he is merely a tool in the hands of God, and being silent in their action, without having any thoughts about the planning and the fruit of action,” such individuals would only swim in the ocean of birth and join the Lord’s foot.”
However, those who are ignorant of this repeatedly insert their ideas as plans into the plans that God has already predestined until their death, even including the potential post-death events.
In those plans, when the expected results are obtained, they are proud of themselves, and when negative results are produced, they blame the Lord and thereby belittle themselves. Such people are not able to swim in the ocean of birth and will not join the Lord’s foot.
