You Are That!- “A doer of action in a passive state”

The general concept of this Kural is that since the desired things can be obtained as desired, penance is attempted by the attempters in this world.

In this Kural, Valluvar points out that “seydhavam” is a term that refers to an unceasing action.

He who sees inaction in action and action in inaction is wise among men; he is harmonious, even while performing all action.” Bhagavad Gita: Ch. 4:18

The meaning is that a soul, or living being, is actionless. Inaction refers to the state of non-activity. Action in inaction refers to the action that is done in this soul, which is passive.

Like Sri Krishna preached in the Bhagavad Gita, such penance in this way, as a never-ending process, is performed only by the so-called wisemen, and because of this penance control,

like as s stated in Thirukkural:247
“aruLillaarkku avvulakam illai poruLillaarkku
ivvulakam illaaki yaangu”
“அருள்இல்லார்க்கு அவ்வுலகம் இல்லை பொருள்இலார்க்கு
இவ்வுலகம் இல்லாகி யாங்கு“

This world and the other world are functioning.

For those who perform this penance, there is no need to pray and get anything because, before the penance, all the needs will stand in front of it, and will pray for their needs. This penance by the witnesses who realized this

“EeNdu” is a Tamil word to point out the actions of immediate 2. speed; 3. quickness. 4. in this birth; 5. here, in this place; 6. in this world; 7. now,

According to this word, for the benefit of the world, such wisemen, without ceasing,  continue this penance beyond space and time. This is the true meaning of this kural.
