“Truth of Truth”
Is it true that I exist? With each inner breath, I am aware of the existence of my body and mind. With each outer breath, I am ignorant of the presence of my body and thoughts. In other words, I live and die ceaselessly between my inner and outer breaths. The one who knows the truth is capable of discovering the truth of truth, overcoming life and death, and becoming immortal.

நான் இருப்பது உண்மையா? ஒவ்வொரு உள் சுவாசத்திலும், என் உடல் மற்றும் மனதின் இருப்பை நான் அறிவேன். ஒவ்வொரு வெளி மூச்சிலும், என் உடல் மற்றும் எண்ணங்களின் இருப்பை நான் அறியாமல் இருக்கிறேன். வேறு வார்த்தைகளில் கூறுவதானால், நான் என் உள் மற்றும் வெளிப்புற சுவாசங்களுக்கு இடையில் இடைவிடாமல் வாழ்கிறேன், இறக்கிறேன். உண்மையை அறிந்தவர், உண்மையின் உண்மையைக் கண்டறிந்து, வாழ்வையும் மரணத்தையும் வென்று, அழியாதவராக மாறக்கூடியவர்.
