“Truth of Truth”
“Satyasya Satyamidhi” means “truth of truth.” Pranas are truth; for pranas, it is truth. Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: Chapter II:1.20
Each external and internal breath, in between these two, regenerates this human body and activates it every time. As a result, there is no possibility of this body having a separate existence, name, or image. This body becomes inactive if the exhaled breath does not return to the body or if the inhaled breath does not come out of the body. When this truth is realized, the entire body transforms into Pranarupi. Pranas are truth for those bodies, and Brahman is truth for those pranas
“ஸத்யஸ்ய ஸத்யமிதி”
ஸத்தியத்துக்கு ஸத்தியம். பிராணன்கள் ஸத்தியம், அவற்றிற்கு
இது ஸத்தியம்.
பிருஹதாரணியகோபநிஷத்து:
இரண்டாம் அத்தியாயம்:1.20
ஒவ்வொரு வெளிப்புற மற்றும் உள் சுவாசம், இந்த இரண்டுக்கும் இடையில், இந்த மனித உடலை மீண்டும் உருவாக்குகிறது மற்றும் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் அதை செயல்படுத்துகிறது. இதன் விளைவாக, இந்த உடலுக்கு ஒரு தனி இருப்பு, பெயர் அல்லது உருவம் இருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. வெளியேற்றப்பட்ட மூச்சு உடலுக்கு திரும்பாமல் இருந்தாலோ அல்லது உள்ளிழுத்த மூச்சு உடலை விட்டு வெளியே வராமல் இருந்தாலோ இந்த உடல் செயலற்றதாகிவிடும். இந்த உண்மையை உணரும்போது, முழு உடலும் பிராணரூபியாக மாறுகிறது. அந்த உடல்களுக்கு பிராணங்கள் ஸத்தியம் , அந்த பிராணங்களுக்கு பிரம்மம் சத்தியம்.
